Job Responsibility
- Coordinate with regional teams for HPP gifts redeem management
- Feedback collection about HPP usage and training management
- Assist in product launch event/seminar/webinar, online and offline.
- Willing to visit markets and support on-ground activities as required
- Support Marcom team for preparation of Product technical videos
- Support technical and Marcom team for key product promotion in DPP shops
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience) . Fresh graduates is avaliable.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Experience with Windows operating systems
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other common software applications
- Familiarity with networking and internet technologies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- installers-focused mindset and a desire to provide exceptional service
