Role Overview

We are looking for motivated and ambitious fresh graduates to join our HR Business Partner (HRBP) Team as Management Trainee Officers. This is a structured trainee program designed to build well rounded HR professionals from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

Support HR Business Partners in day to day HR operations
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition activities
Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and programs
Maintain HR records, data, and reporting
Collaborate with cross functional teams on business partnering tasks
Participate in HR projects related to policy development and compliance

Requirements

Education: BBA / MBA in Human Resources or relevant field
Experience: Fresh Graduates or up to 1 year of relevant experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast paced environment
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Self motivated with a proactive attitude
