Job Description
- Manage and maintain relationships with a portfolio of sellers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
- Negotiate and implement strategies to optimize seller performance, including pricing, inventory management, and promotional campaigns.
- Lead internal teams to coordinate resources and support for sellers, fostering collaboration and communication across departments.
- Develop and execute targeted campaigns to drive seller growth, participation in platform events, and improve product offerings.
- Analyze seller data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Position Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Above one year of experience in a similar role, preferably within the e-commerce industry.
- Strong understanding of the Daraz platform and EKAM processes, with a focus on customer centric solutions & seller management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with diverse teams.
- Proven ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and present findings to stakeholders.
- Adaptable and proactive, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to driving process improvements.
