Position Purpose
This position is responsible for overseeing and coordinating facility services and transport operations to ensure efficiency and seamless workflow.
Job Description
- Oversee housekeeping activities in hostels and plant areas, ensuring proper coordination with cleaning contractors.
- Supervise canteen operations, verify canteen bills, and check submitted coupons for accurate claims.
- Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of hostel furniture.
- Prepare daily driver duty rosters and allocate vehicles based on operational needs.
- Supervise the transport fleet at the site, including vehicle utilization, documentation, and operational records.
- Handle all transport-related correspondence with the Head Office through the HOD and process transport bills for payment.
- Coordinate with the Head Office for renewal of vehicle registration books, route permits, and fitness certificates.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.
Experience and Qualification
- Graduate
- 0 to 1 years of relevant experience
Specific Requirements
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Comply with HSE Policy.
