About the Program
At DESCON Engineering Limited, we believe future leaders are built through real world experience. The DESCON Summer Internship Program 2026 is a structured, project based internship designed to give high potential students and fresh graduates meaningful exposure across diverse business and engineering functions.
This is not a coffee and photocopies internship. You will work on live projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and gain practical industry insights all while contributing to impactful business initiatives.
Program Duration
- 6 to 8 Weeks
Learning Domains
Interns will be placed in one or more of the following tracks based on their academic background and departmental requirements:
- IT
- Engineering
- Business
What You Will Gain
- Hands on experience working on real business projects

Who Can Apply
We are looking for motivated, driven individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Currently enrolled as a final year undergraduate student, OR a fresh graduate
- Degree in Bachelor of Science (any relevant major)
- Must be from an HEC recognized university
- Strong academic background with demonstrated learning potential
