ROLE 1: MECHANICAL ENGINEER (2 Positions)
Job Title
Mechanical Engineering Intern – Vehicle Architecture & Design
About This Role
Join our mechanical engineering team to develop the physical architecture of next-generation electric vehicles. You will work directly on vehicle design, chassis dynamics, and hardware integration, translating concepts into production-ready CAD models and BOMs.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design and optimize physical vehicle architecture components
- Develop and refine chassis dynamics and suspension systems
- Create Bill of Materials (BOM) and transition designs to CAD layouts
- Conduct Design for Assembly (DFA) and Design for Manufacturing (DFM) analyses
- Support hardware packaging and integration workflows
- Collaborate with electrical and software teams on cross-functional integration
- Document design decisions and maintain version control
- Participate in design reviews and provide technical recommendations
Required Skills & Experience
- Proficiency in SolidWorks with CSWA certification (preferred)
- Strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T)
- Knowledge of DFA/DFM methodologies
- Solid foundation in mechanical engineering principles
- Experience with CAD modeling and technical drawings
- Understanding of automotive design standards (preferred)

ROLE 2: ELECTRICAL ENGINEER (2 Positions)
Job Title
Electrical Engineering Intern – E/E Architecture & Vehicle Networks
About This Role
Design and develop the electrical and electronic architecture powering our electric vehicles. You will focus on vehicle network topology, hardware integration, power distribution, and communication protocols that enable autonomous vehicle functionality.
Primary Responsibilities
- Map and design E/E (Electrical/Electronic) architecture for EV platforms
- Develop vehicle network topology and master harness layouts
- Design and optimize power distribution systems
- Implement and test automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, I2C, SPI)
- Support sensor interfacing and integration workflows
- Create electrical schematics and documentation
- Collaborate with embedded systems and mechanical teams
- Conduct testing and validation of electrical components
- Troubleshoot hardware integration challenges
Required Skills & Experience
- Proficiency with microcontroller platforms (STM32, Arduino, or equivalent)
- PCB design experience (schematic capture and layout)
- Strong understanding of automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, I2C, SPI)
- Knowledge of sensor interfacing and signal processing
- Solid understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals
- Experience with circuit design and simulation tools
Preferred Qualifications

About This Role
Develop advanced software for autonomous vehicle systems, including perception algorithms, computer vision pipelines, and ADAS controller logic. You will contribute to cutting-edge AI/ML and embedded software development for next-generation EVs.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize autonomous driving algorithms
- Implement computer vision systems for perception (face/gesture recognition, object detection)
- Write embedded controller logic for ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems)
- Develop real-time perception pipelines
- Optimize algorithms for embedded hardware constraints
- Write clean, production-grade code with proper documentation
- Conduct unit testing and integration testing
- Collaborate with hardware engineers on sensor integration
- Debug and troubleshoot software-hardware integration issues
Required Skills & Experience
- Proficiency in C++ and/or Python
- Experience with OpenCV or similar computer vision libraries
- Strong foundation in data structures and algorithms
- Understanding of embedded systems programming
