Job Purpose / Summary:
The position is responsible for the management & Support of CBA to ensure timely resolution of all the concerns for smooth operations.
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for resolution of issues in CBA
- Online support/handholding via email / telephone/helpdesk, to the user regarding errors / usage of CBA
- Assist in periodic review of CBA and month end verification. Execution of Day end CBA and other applications including, Reporting, Cardpro, TI-Plus, AML , ACMS. Maintenance & configuration of new branches in CBA
- Maintain accuracy and consistency of solutions and guidance provided to CBA end users
- Provision of solutions & guidance with knowledge level and politeness to create trust and confidence
- Ensure to conduct the tasks in accordance to the internal & external regulatory requirement. Ensure that no audit objections are raised pertaining to the job. Arrange for rectification, if any. Any other responsibilities or tasks falling within the purview of this position, which may be assigned by the superiors, from time to time
Job Specification:
- Fresh Graduate
- Minimum Bachelors / preferably Masters in IT, CS or equivalent from HEC recognized institute or reputed foreign institute.
