Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Banca Sales Executive located in Karachi. The Banca Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling life insurance products to clients through banca channels. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential clients, presenting and explaining insurance products, building and maintaining relationships, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include preparing sales reports, conducting market research, and working closely with banking partners to develop business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Sales and Marketing skills, including experience in promoting and selling insurance products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively present and explain products to clients
• Relationship-building skills to establish and maintain partnerships with banking partners and clients
• Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently
• Market research experience to identify new business opportunities
• Relevant experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
• Internediate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
