WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Oversee the performance of critical applications related to Alternate Delivery Channel services, ensuring uptime, efficiency, and security.
- Automate routine processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Work closely with various internal and external teams to resolve issues end-to-end and ensure timely resolutions for all operational complaints.
- Maintain and manage operational reports, providing actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to improve service quality.
- Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, enhance system performance, and improve service reliability.
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunication Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with ISO8583 & ISO20022 and payment switches (EMV/NFC/Tokenization).
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail. You should be comfortable troubleshooting technical issues and working under pressure.
- Willingness to work in a shift-based schedule.
