Company Description
We are looking for energetic and confident individuals to join our team as International Customer Service Executives. As an on-demand car rental company, eZhire is revolutionizing how people get their car rentals with a simple tap on our mobile app. We are seeking candidates who are excited to be part of this change and can provide our customers with the highest level of service.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the highest level of customer service by dealing with customers in a friendly, efficient, and attentive manner
- Responding to customer inquiries via instant chat and email, answering questions and resolving any issues
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize customer needs
- Patience when handling difficult cases
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Prior experience working in an international customer service campaign
Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a customer service role
- Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in customer service software and tools
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle difficult customer interactions
- Highly motivated and customer-oriented attitude
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant experience
Salary Bracket
PKR 80,000/- to 95,000/-
