About the Programme

GSK is hiring Quality Science Graduates in Pakistan for its 2026 Graduate Programme a structured, multi-rotation pathway designed to fast-track talented pharmacy and science graduates into QA, QC, and technical specialist roles within GSK’s Global Supply Chain (GSC).

GSK’s Global Supply Chain manufactures and distributes life-saving medicines and vaccines to people in over 90% of the world. You will be at the heart of that mission working on-site and in laboratories, contributing to everything from analytical testing to regulatory readiness, all while building the skills to become a future subject matter expert.


Programme Details

  • Location: Karachi, Pakistan (West Wharf & Korangi sites)
  • Start Date: August / September 2026
  • Assessment Centre: May – June 2026
  • Contract Type: Graduate Programme

What You Will Experience

  • Hands-on time in quality testing laboratories at GSK manufacturing sites, using state-of-the-art analytical platforms
  • Exposure to QA and QC functions including batch record review and release, deviation investigations, and CAPA management
  • Learning analytical method validation, quality control testing, and the introduction of new technologies
  • Involvement in regulatory readiness, supplier quality activities, and sterility and environmental testing
  • Contribution to continuous improvement initiatives and quality-by-design practices
  • End-to-end understanding of how manufacturing, technical services, and supply chain work together
  • Short-term Kaizen projects with potential international exposure

Eligibility & Requirements

Education one of the following (degree must be completed by August 2026):

  • BSc or MSc in Pharmacy, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related science field
  • Pharm D

Other requirements:

  • Written and spoken fluency in English
  • Willingness to be geographically mobile within Pakistan during rotations
  • No significant prior professional work experience required this programme is built for early careers
