About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates to launch their banking career at HBL within the Centralized KYC CDD (Know Your Customer / Customer Due Diligence) Review Unit. You will work in a structured, compliance-driven environment that builds your expertise in banking regulations, risk assessment, and customer data analysis.
What You’ll Be Doing
KYC CDD Reviews
- Performing periodic KYC CDD reviews of existing Low and Medium Risk customers in accordance with HBL’s approved compliance guidelines
- Evaluating and aligning each customer’s profile and available information with their actual transaction patterns
- Ensuring all KYC CDD reviews are completed accurately and within defined timelines
Discrepancy Reporting
- Assessing customer profiles during the review period
- Identifying and reporting any discrepancies found between the customer profile and transactions conducted
Branch Coordination
- Coordinating with relevant branches to obtain missing or outdated KYC documents for customers under review
Miscellaneous
- Supporting the Unit Head or Line Manager with any additional tasks related to Centralized KYC CDD Reviews
Who We’re Looking For
Minimum Qualification:
- Fresh Graduate (Final transcript or degree must be in hand at time of application)
