About This Role

We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about people management, organizational processes, and workplace culture to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced HR environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support HR operations and streamline core HR processes
  • Assist in recruitment activities including job posting, resume screening, and candidate coordination
  • Maintain accurate and organized employee records and databases
  • Support employee relations initiatives and internal coordination efforts
  • Participate in HR engagement activities and workplace programs
  • Collaborate with various departments to facilitate HR workflows and requests
  • Prepare HR documentation, reports, and presentations
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes

Who Should Apply

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
  • Currently in the final year of studies (final-year students are highly encouraged to apply)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of HR practices and employee relations
  • Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Enthusiasm for learning and professional development
