About This Role
We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about people management, organizational processes, and workplace culture to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced HR environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support HR operations and streamline core HR processes
- Assist in recruitment activities including job posting, resume screening, and candidate coordination
- Maintain accurate and organized employee records and databases
- Support employee relations initiatives and internal coordination efforts
- Participate in HR engagement activities and workplace programs
- Collaborate with various departments to facilitate HR workflows and requests
- Prepare HR documentation, reports, and presentations
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Who Should Apply
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
- Currently in the final year of studies (final-year students are highly encouraged to apply)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Preferred Skills:
- Basic knowledge of HR practices and employee relations
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Enthusiasm for learning and professional development
