Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Mangement Trainees for the Production function. This role aims to provide a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical manufacturing operations and build future Production leaders. The trainees will gain hands-on experience in various production areas while learning Good Manufacturing Practices and quality Standards.

Requirements

• Pharm D from an HEC recognized university.
• 0-1 years of experience.
• Basic understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and awareness of GMP/safety regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated leadership potential through academic or extracurricular activities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and adapt to different shift requirements.
