Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate finance, financial analysis, and business operations. You’ll work closely with experienced professionals to support budgeting, reporting, and strategic planning activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day accounting based on bank transactions and supporting documents
- Follow up with internal teams, vendors or customers to obtain information needed to complete accounting entries
- Help update and maintain accounting records in financial systems (Quickbooks/IES) and Spreadsheets (Google sheets / excel)
- Support month-end close activities and reconciliations
- Assist in preparing financial reports and schedules
- Help track expenses, revenue, and other routine financial data
- Support audit and compliance documentation as required
- Coordinate with Management, Operations, and other teams
Requirements
- 0-1 years of experience required
- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
