Job Descripation

We are looking for an Executive Operations in our Fulfillment vertical. You will be joining in a lively and productive workplace where we work together to help other businesses run better.

What You Will Do:

• Engage with key supply stakeholders, onboard train, and register truckers
• Monitor and enhance the performance of supply teams
• Manage communications between sales and supply teams
• Manage on-site operations daily, ensuring discipline and compliance as per previously set standards
• Deal with any crises that may arise to ensure the smooth flow of operations
• Manage both vendor side and client side relationships
• Manage the receivables/payments side of the operations by coordinating with all relevant stakeholders (inter and intra company)
• Strong interpersonal, MS Office, communication, and presentation skills.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree from an HEC approved institute.
• 0-2 years of experience in logistics and preferably in logistics operations.
• A can-do attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong negotiation skills.
