Are you passionate about learning and development and eager to kickstart your career in HR? Join our team as a Learning and Development Intern and gain hands-on experience in creating impactful training programs and initiatives!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in designing and implementing learning paths for employees at various levels.
  • Conduct research to identify relevant training courses and programs.
  • Support the organization of internal and external training sessions.
  • Gather and analyze feedback to improve training effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with departments to align learning initiatives with business goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Passion for employee development and continuous learning.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Duration: 3 months (Leading towards job)
