Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing and implementing learning paths for employees at various levels.
- Conduct research to identify relevant training courses and programs.
- Support the organization of internal and external training sessions.
- Gather and analyze feedback to improve training effectiveness.
- Coordinate with departments to align learning initiatives with business goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Passion for employee development and continuous learning.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Duration: 3 months (Leading towards job)
