Overview

  • Assist in various daily tasks, including but not limited to employee onboarding, offboarding, documentation, and file management
  • Supporting employer branding activities and campus recruitment
  • Gain exposure to various operational functions, including process documentation, workflow analysis, and implementation of process improvements
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies, and regulatory requirements related to HR and operations

Responsibilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Confidence and influencing ability, including the ability to address groups of people
  • Strong Grip on Microsoft Office (Specially MS Excel)

Qualifications

  • Bachelors in any discipline, preferably HR or Marketing
  • Fresh candidate or 6 months of experience in the HR2
