Sales Associate (Entry Level) – METRO

Join METRO Pakistan’s intensive 2-3 months training program designed to launch your career in sales. This program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop essential skills for a successful career in the wholesale industry. Upon successful completion of the program, subject to position vacancy and candidate performance,candidates will be placed in a permanent managerial role as a Territory Sales Manager (TSM) at METRO Pakistan on our payroll.

Sales Associate Program Responsibilities:

• Assist in the execution of sales strategies and initiatives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with HoReCa clients.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.
• Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.
• Prepare and present sales reports and performance analyses.
