Description
- Learn how business teams work in the Bank and assist in ongoing / new projects to get first-hand experience and in-dept knowledge.
- Understand company policies, practices and culture which are significant in the proper functioning of the Bank
- Observe and learn from experienced workers to acquire knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures for better execution of the departmental duties
- Receive guidance and training from L&D, supervisors & others in addition to performing duties in several departments/teams
- Work in teams to achieve higher goals
- Providing Quality work
- Get a chance to network and develop / maintain professional relationships
- Be dynamic, active, agile and innovative in a competitive environment
