Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern at Aiva Creative located in Lahore. As an intern, your day-to-day tasks will include assisting the HR team in managing HR policies, employee benefits, personnel management, and contributing to various HR and Admin projects. This role offers hands-on experience in HR operations and an opportunity to learn and grow within a dynamic team.

Stipend: 15,000

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
• Familiarity with HR management and personnel managementUnderstanding of HR policies and employee benefits
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
