Senior-year undergraduate students are welcome to apply for this internship position.

Duration: July 1, 2024 – August 31, 2024, with the possibility of extension contingent upon organizational requirements and mutual agreement.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Legal Intern at Aydin Law Firm. The Legal Intern will be responsible for:

• Drafting and reviewing contracts,

• Drafting and reviewing corporate documents,

• Conducting legal research,

• Following up new regulations and informing the team,

• Preparing and reviewing petitions and other legal documents,

• Providing legal advice on different types of legal issues,

• Support the team with reporting, researching legal topics, and day-to-day legal operations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of law and legal issues
• Good command of English
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to analyze and interpret legal informationAttention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Currently pursuing a law degree (Senior-year undergraduate students)

Prior internship or relevant work experience is highly desirable.
