We are looking for an HR intern.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork, coordinating orientations, and facilitating introductions.
  • Assist in maintaining employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with HR-related administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Contribute to the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities, surveys, and recognition programs.
  • Assist with performance management processes, including performance appraisals and feedback collection.

Who will be the ideal candidate?

  • Bachelor’s degree (minimum)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) software is a plus.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
