We are looking for an HR intern.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork, coordinating orientations, and facilitating introductions.
- Assist in maintaining employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with HR-related administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Contribute to the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities, surveys, and recognition programs.
- Assist with performance management processes, including performance appraisals and feedback collection.
Who will be the ideal candidate?
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) software is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
