Key Responsibilities:

1. Assignments & Tasks

• Support departmental teams in executing ongoing and new projects.
• Contribute fresh ideas and creative solutions to improve processes and workflows.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders for project execution.
• Research trends relevant to your internship domain
• Learn and apply basic concepts in professional settings.

3. Learning & Development

• Attend training sessions, webinars, and workshops designed to enhance core and soft skills.
• Learn through on-the-job coaching and mentoring from Experts.
• Set learning goals and track your progress.

4. Performance Tracking

• Submit weekly progress updates and participate in feedback sessions.
• Demonstrate accountability, learning agility, and continuous improvement.

5. Ownership & Initiative

• Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver results within deadlines.
• Show curiosity, ask questions, and suggest innovative approaches.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment throughout the internship

Eligibility Criteria:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program.
• Must have completed at least half of their degree
• proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer applications
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
• Highly motivated with a proactive approach to learning and contributing
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
