Position Purpose

Support the development and implementation of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) capabilities across assigned portfolios, enhance business resilience, and enable informed decision-making through structured risk identification, monitoring, and mitigation.

Education Requirements

• BBA / MBA

• ACCA / CA Finalist

• MSc in Accounting & Finance

Key Responsibilities

• Risk Indicators Monitoring
  Collect Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) from internal and external sources to track potential exposures.

• Threshold Alert Support
  Assist in monitoring risk thresholds and utilize automation tools to streamline data collection.

• Action Plan Tracking
  Support tracking and documentation of risk mitigation plans to ensure timely implementation.

• Risk Identification
  Participate in reviewing internal documents, procedures, and incident reports to identify and analyze emerging risks and root causes.

• Risk Register Maintenance
  Help maintain the risk register and other relevant documentation; contribute to periodic reports summarizing key findings.
