Responsibilities:

Hiring:
Manage the end-to-end hiring process for international candidates, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding. -
Sourcing:
Identify and attract top international talent through various sourcing strategies such as job boards, networking platforms, and recruitment agencies. -
Collaboration:
Work closely with global HR teams and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals. -
Compliance:
Ensure adherence to international labor laws, visa requirements, and internal recruitment policies.
Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor’s degree (Graduation) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. -
Preferred Experience:
Prior experience in recruitment or HR, especially in an international or multicultural environment, is an advantage. -
Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)

Ability to work across different time zones and cultures
