Role Overview

The Commercial Experience Executive serves at a Jazz Experience Center, acting as the first point of contact for walk-in customers. The role is pivotal in delivering an exceptional customer experience through problem resolution, service excellence, and effective communication.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers with professionalism.

  • Use CRM and related systems to manage customer interactions.

  • Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently.

  • Upsell products and services at the Experience Center.

  • Ensure minimum wait/service time for walk-in customers.

  • Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution.

  • Meet monthly KPIs for service, sales, and adherence.

  • Stay updated with Jazz’s latest offerings, policies, and systems.


Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and email correspondence.

  • Experience in customer service, preferably in telecom.

  • Basic understanding of customer management systems.

  • Flexible working hours as per business requirements.

  • Sales and stakeholder management experience is a plus.
