IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
This role is responsible for the centralized and efficient management of PTCL’s executive guesthouses and hostels. It involves overseeing the complete reservation process via the online PC Hub portal, supervising caretaker staff, maintaining accurate records of bookings, cancellations, no-shows, and occupancy, and preparing timely reports for senior management. The position ensures compliance with policies on deductions and documentation, while maintaining close coordination with relevant departments. Strategic guidance will be provided by the Senior Manager Travel & Events, with periodic performance reviews and escalation support.
HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT
- Manage nationwide reservations for guesthouses, hostels, and lawns for PTCL Group employees and their guests.
- Prioritize and arrange official accommodation at nationwide guesthouses.
- Monitor and improve the digital reservation process via PC Hub in collaboration with the Digital Team.
- Coordinate daily with guesthouse teams on check-ins, cancellations, and no-shows, ensuring timely reporting to Finance for policy-based deductions.

Qualification:
