Job Requirements
Qualification:

BBA / MBA in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related discipline
Experience:

0–1 years of relevant experience in sales or customer-facing roles

Experience in motorcycle, automobile, or retail sales will be considered an advantage
Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute daily sales activities to achieve monthly and quarterly targets

Develop strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals

Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations

Conduct product presentations and explain features, pricing, and financing options
-
Negotiate deals and close sales in a professional and ethical manner

Coordinate with internal departments such as operations, finance, and logistics for smooth service delivery

Maintain accurate records of leads, sales performance, and customer interactions

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities
