Eligibility:
- Minimum 16 years of education (majors in Finance, Marketing, Commerce or Economics) from a reputable university / institute recognized by HEC.
- Qualification in Islamic Finance will be preferred
Experience:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience
Responsibilities:
- To ensure that the service offered to the customers is reflective of the Bank’s standards
- To achieve the agreed service target as given by the Branch Manager and Premium Relationship Manager
- To develop a potential customer data base for new business development
- To maintain a list of complaints of premium banking customers and follow-up/ coordinate its resolution with concerns
- To offer exceptional service to all customers at all times and a satisfactory resolution to all queries
Skills Required:
- Strong interpersonal, marketing and portfolio management skills.
- Excellent understanding of Retail Banking
- Excellent customer relationship management skills.
- Effective people management skills.
