Job Descriptions & Responsibilities

• Rejection Review Officer/Manager: Review and process rejected transactions or applications, identify root causes, ensure compliance with bank policies, and recommend corrective actions.
• Service Quality Consultant / Regional Service Quality Manager: Monitor and improve customer service standards across branches, conduct audits, handle escalations, and implement service quality frameworks.
• Manager – Governance & Conduct: Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal governance frameworks, monitor conduct risk, and support compliance reporting.
• Manager – IT Infrastructure: Oversee IT systems, network infrastructure, and technical support operations across the bank’s branches and data centers.
• Rural Banking Officer: Manage banking operations and customer relationships in rural/regional branches, promote financial inclusion products, and support community banking initiatives.
• Regional Credit Manager: Evaluate credit proposals, manage regional credit portfolios, assess risk, and ensure compliance with credit policies.

General Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Banking, IT, or a related field (specific requirements vary by role)
• Relevant experience in banking/financial services (entry-level to several years, depending on position)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Islamic banking principles preferred
• Willingness to relocate for regional/rural postings
• Proficiency in relevant technical or regulatory tools (for IT and governance roles)
