Our CA Trainee Program is designed to provide students with practical exposure and valuable learning opportunities in their chosen fields. Key Responsibilities
– Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports.
– Support the audit team in conducting internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
– Participate in the documentation and verification of accounting records and transactions.
– Collaborate with senior team members to understand and apply accounting standards and tax regulations.
– Maintain accurate and organized records of all financial activities and audit findings.
– Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with changes in accounting laws and practices.
– Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the finance and audit departments.
Required Qualifications
– Currently enrolled in or recently completed the Chartered Accountancy (CA) course.
– Strong understanding of accounting principles, auditing standards, and taxation laws.
– Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
– Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage time effectively.
