Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – eCommerce to join our growing team. This role is designed for individuals who want to build a career in the e-commerce industry and gain hands-on experience working across multiple online marketplaces, including Amazon, eBay, and other digital platforms.
The selected candidate will receive practical exposure to e-commerce operations, marketplace management, product handling, and digital business processes while working with experienced professionals.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily e-commerce operations across platforms such as Amazon, eBay, and other online marketplaces.
- Assist in product listing creation, updates, and optimization.
- Manage product data, catalogs, pricing, and inventory information.
- Support marketplace performance monitoring and operational reporting.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Assist in improving product visibility and customer experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of e-commerce activities.
- Learn and implement marketplace best practices and operational processes.
- Maintain accurate records and support reporting requirements.
- Explore new tools, trends, and strategies within the e-commerce industry.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Strong academic background (A/O Levels or currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program).
- Fresh graduates or early-career professionals are encouraged to apply.
