IT Operations Manager at Xper2go – Karachi, Pakistan

*We are expanding: IT Operations Manager (MSP Environment)*

We’re looking for an experienced IT Operations Manager to lead service delivery across multiple managed client environments.
🔹 Oversee daily IT operations & SLA compliance
🔹 Lead technical support & infrastructure teams
🔹 Manage escalations & critical incidents
🔹 Drive ITIL-based service improvements
🔹 Oversee infrastructure (Windows/Linux, Cloud, Virtualization, Networking)
🔹 Ensure high CSAT, uptime & operational excellence

*Requirements:*
Bachelor’s in CS/IT or related field
Experience: 5–8 Years (2–3 Years in MSP Required)
Strong MSP background (2–3 years minimum)
Experience with RMM, PSA & ticketing systems
Knowledge of AWS/Azure/GCP
Strong leadership & client communication skills

*Working Days:* Monday–Friday
*Shift:* Night shift (9pm-6am)
