Aisha Steel Mills Limited (ASML) is looking for a Management Trainee in its Human Resource Department at the Port Qasim plant in Karachi. This is an entry-level opening for graduates who want to begin an HR career in a large manufacturing setting. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Support recruitment activities across the hiring cycle
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives
- Help coordinate training and development programs
- Maintain and update HR data
- Prepare and manage HR documentation
Who Should Apply
- BBA or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 0–1 year of experience; fresh graduates are welcome
