*Deputy Manager – Finance*
Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be responsible for supporting financial planning and objectives through budgeting, forecasting vanance analysis, and monitoring corrective actions. The role will oversee accounting operations, financial reporting bank reconciliations, payroll, tas compliance, and fixed asset management, while ensuring accuracy and integnty of financial records. The incumbent will also provide financial support to the CFO and Secretary to BoT, coordinate Board and FSC matters, supervise the finance team, and strengthen internal controls and financial processes.
Qualification: Finalist or part-qualified Professional qualification (ACCA ICAP or similar) Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
Experience: 68 years of relevant experience, preferably with hands-on experience in ERP systems such as NetSuite or QuickBooks Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel, along with excellent communication and analytical skills, is required.
*Finance Associate*
Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing daily accounting operations, including invoice verification, voucher processing, vendor payments, and accurate ERP record-keeping The role will also involve preparing bank reconciliations, managing the health support system database, and processing monthly payroll. Additionally, the incumbent will ensure timely subminion of withholding tax, EOBI, and PF retums, while maintaining the Fised Asset Register and relevant documentation
Qualification: Finalist or part-qualified Professional qualification (ACCA ICAP or similar) Preferably, Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
Experience: 3+ years of proven bookkeeping accounting experience. Experience with ERP and proprietary software (preferably Netsuite, Quickbook) would be an added advantage.
