KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead employee master data governance and integration across HR, payroll & finance systems.
Manage accurate, timely payroll processing, reconciliations and statutory compliance.
Drive HR digitalization, process automation and employee self-service.
Oversee employee benefits administration and IR/ER matters.
Manage HR vendors, contracts and service-level performance.
EXPERIENCE:
8-10 years of relevant experience, including leadership in HR operations, payroll, and HR digitalization.
QUALIFICATION:
Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from an accredited university.
Certifications: SHRM or CIPD certification will be
an added advantage.
