*CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER*
ZAY Studio is looking for Chief Operating Officer to join our team in *Islamabad/Lahore* .
Key responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the studio and ensure smooth functioning across all departments.
Develop strategies for sustainable growth of the architecture and interior design practice.
Lead and manage the architecture, design and project teams.
Identify opportunities for expansion into new market segments, services and client categories.
Assess project scope, complexity, client expectations, timelines, resources and potential risks.
Review design proposals, concepts, drawings, presentations and project documentation.
Develop annual operational and revenue targets in coordination with senior management.
Establish systems that allow ZAY Studio to scale without compromising design quality or client experience.
Identify operational bottlenecks and resolve issues before they affect project delivery.
Ensure projects are delivered according to approved scope, timeline, budget and quality standards.
Develop SOPs, approval processes, reporting mechanisms and operational controls.
Work closely with finance team to monitor the firm’s revenue, expenses, cash flow, project profitability and margins.
Establish monthly management reporting covering revenue, costs, profitability and project performance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture, Project Management, Interior Design or a related discipline.
Minimum 12-15 years of progressive management experience, preferably in architecture, interior design, construction, design-build, real estate, project management or a related professional-services organization.
Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
