Key Responsibilities
✔️ Develop and maintain relationships with donors and supporters
✔️ Identify and approach potential donors and fundraising opportunities
✔️ Conduct fundraising activities and campaigns
✔️ Communicate the organization’s mission and projects effectively
✔️ Achieve fundraising targets and maintain accurate donor records
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 1–2 years of sales/fundraising experience
✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔️ Strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities
✔️ Proactive and target-driven mindset
🕘 Working Hours: 09:00 AM – 05:30 PM
💰 Salary: Basic Salary + Incentives + Travelling Allowance
