Are you a proactive communicator with a knack for sales, client relationship management, and closing deals? LAAM is looking for energetic and target-driven Order Bookers to join our Commercial Team and drive our B2B Bulk Selling portfolio (Local & Global Clients)!
If you know how to build long-term relationships, spot sales opportunities, and pitch bestsellers to bulk buyers, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship & Retention: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing bulk buyers through regular outreach, calls, and follow-ups.
Pitching & Upselling: Share upcoming brand launches and bestseller lists, and continuously upsell to achieve month-on-month growth in order size.
Order Booking & Execution: Manage the end-to-end order booking process for B2B buyers accurately and efficiently.
Onboarding New Buyers: Identify and onboard new bulk buyers to continuously expand your portfolio.
Ops & Logistics Problem-Solving: Serve as the primary point of contact for buyers to resolve any supply chain, operations, or fulfillment challenges.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with internal commercial, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure seamless delivery.
Weekly Reporting: Track and present weekly reports on sales targets, order volume, and portfolio health.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: Prior experience in B2B sales, key account management, order booking, or telesales (E-commerce / Retail / Apparel experience is a big plus).
Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication, strong negotiation skills, and a customer-first mindset.
Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work in flexible shift rotations (Day & Night shifts as required).
Drive: Highly target-oriented, proactive, and resilient in solving client issues quickly.
