Key Responsibilities
– Welcome and professionally engage customers visiting the showroom.
– Understand customer needs and introduce appropriate Suzuki vehicle models.
– Acquire detailed knowledge of vehicle features, specifications, and variants to assist customers confidently.
– Arrange and coordinate test drives for prospective buyers.
– Generate new sales leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, referrals, and digital/social media platforms.
– Utilize Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X.com, and similar platforms for prospecting, lead generation, and customer engagement.
– Maintain regular follow-up communication with prospective customers.
– Keep accurate records of inquiries, leads, test drives, and customer feedback.
– Assist the sales team in converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.
– Support promotional activities, customer events, and vehicle displays at the dealership.
– Develop an understanding of automobile financing, vehicle registration, and delivery procedures.
Required Qualifications
– Age between 18 and 25 years.
– O-Level and A-Level graduates, university students, and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
– Strong communication skills in both English and Urdu.
– Confidence in engaging and interacting with customers.
– Presentable personality with a professional attitude.
– Genuine interest in cars, sales, and customer service.
– Familiarity with digital platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X.com.
– Basic computer proficiency.
– Willingness to learn and work towards achieving sales targets.
– Positive, proactive, and motivated mindset.
Previous experience in automobile sales is not required as comprehensive training will be provided.
