Hascol Petroleum Limited, a well-known fuel and retail brand in Pakistan, is recruiting a Management Trainee Officer for its Retail Fuel Sales team in Islamabad. The role helps maintain retail standards across the region and brings forward improvements wherever they are needed. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
What you’ll do
- Handle administrative duties for the Retail Head office
- Manage advertisement taxes for the region
- Support sales coordination and order taking
- Follow up on open cases and liaise with other departments on preventive and proactive maintenance
- Recover outstanding payments from dealers
- Manage and resolve complaints arising from retail sites
- Coordinate with Logistics and Operations to execute retail orders
- Maintain and update the credit status of credit accounts
- Take on other tasks assigned by the Line Manager
Who should apply
- A graduate degree
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant internship or academic project experience is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with vendors and escalating problems to management
- Ability to handle site-related issues and find effective solutions
