Responsibilities
- Assist in daily international freight forwarding and customs clearance tasks to ensure timely service.
- Support business development by scouting market opportunities, maintaining client relations, and aiding sales strategies.
- Lead a small team of three, providing guidance, monitoring performance and encouraging collaboration.
- Participate in BGL’s Leadership Development Program, applying training to real operational challenges.
