PhenTech Pvt. Ltd. is offering a six‑month Recruiter Internship that works fully remotely across Pakistan. The role is designed for recent BBA graduates specialized in Human Resource Management who want to start a career in talent acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Search for candidates on LinkedIn and other job portals.
- Post vacancy announcements and match applicants to open positions.
- Review resumes, assess applications and help shortlist prospects.
- Arrange interview schedules and maintain communication with candidates.
- Update candidate databases and recruitment tracking sheets.
- Assist the HR team with daily recruitment tasks to ensure a smooth hiring workflow.
Who Should Apply
- Recent BBA graduate with a focus on Human Resource Management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn and online job boards.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
