RBC Constructs & Estimation (SMC‑Pvt.) Ltd., a growing construction firm in Lahore, is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to support its human‑resource functions on‑site.
Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment processes, screen candidates, and manage onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, track attendance and handle leave requests.
- Assist in preparing payroll and handling HR documentation.
- Enforce company policies and uphold workplace discipline.
- Promote employee engagement and support daily HR operations.
Who Should Apply
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- 1–2 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong communication and organisational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality.
- Male candidates are preferred as stated by the employer.
