Jaffer Agro Services, part of the Jaffer Group, is looking for a motivated Trainee Territory Sales Officer to join its pesticides sales team in Shikarpur, Sindh. The position offers agriculture graduates up to six months of practical exposure to field sales, dealer relations and farmer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain relationships with dealers and customers to build trust.
- Assist in expanding market reach and generating demand among farmers.
- Support field activities such as product demonstrations and farm visits.
- Help monitor product visibility and ensure shelf availability at retail outlets.
- Participate in market surveys and prepare sales reports for strategic insights.
Who Should Apply
