Digital Tide is looking for a skilled and motivated professional who can manage CRM systems, handle incoming sales leads, and convert potential customers into clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize customer data in CRM systems.
Handle incoming leads from Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Follow up with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Track sales leads and maintain follow-up records.
Manage the sales pipeline and update lead statuses.
Identify potential customers and convert leads into sales.
Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
Requirements:
Experience in CRM and lead management.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of sales follow-up and lead conversion.
Familiarity with CRM tools and spreadsheets.
Ability to manage multiple leads efficiently.
