Responsibilities

• Record daily income and expense transactions and assist with routine bookkeeping.
• Conduct bank reconciliations using Microsoft Dynamics GP and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations for North American clients.
• Prepare monthly balance‑sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Help post journal entries related to corporate allocations.
• Process employee client cardholder expense transactions.
• Support ad‑hoc projects by gathering and analysing data from multiple sources.
• Generate control reports to verify the correctness of journal entries and financial records.

Who Should Apply

• Finalist or part‑qualified candidate for ACCA, ICMAP or a comparable accounting designation.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related discipline.
• Strong grasp of bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics GP or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High attention to detail, accurate data‑entry abilities and solid Excel skills.
• Organised, able to juggle multiple priorities and work collaboratively across locations.
