- Monitor social media accounts and track engagement metrics to improve performance.
- Support the design of basic marketing materials such as presentations, brochures and social media posts under supervision.
- Contribute to lead‑generation activities and track campaign results using CRM or other marketing tools.
- Coordinate with design, sales and technical teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Maintain marketing calendars and document ongoing and completed initiatives.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports focusing on reach, engagement and lead generation.
- Assist with employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts.
