We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented QA Intern to join our Quality Assurance team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or current students to gain hands-on experience in software testing and quality assurance. As a QA Intern, you will collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to help deliver high-quality software products. You will be involved in designing test cases, executing manual tests, identifying bugs, and learning modern QA methodologies in a practical tech environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Review software requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
– Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
– Execute manual test scripts and analyze results to identify software defects and issues.
– Log, track, and re-test bugs efficiently using bug-tracking tools.
– Collaborate with developers and team members to troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolutions.
– Continuously learn and adapt to new testing tools, automation frameworks, and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications:
– Education background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field. Current students or recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
– Basic understanding of Software Quality Assurance (SQA) concepts, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and bug life cycles.
– Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with high attention to detail.
– Good written and verbal communication skills to effectively articulate bugs and collaborate with team members.
– Eagerness to learn new software tools, testing methodologies, and basic test automation concepts.
